HISTORY & MISSION
We are dedicated to assisting families who are looking to start, expand or protect their family and lineage. By creating safe environments and trustworthy relationships, we welcome the spirits of your lineage in and out of the gates of this realm by offering various birth, death and spiritual services.
Our services are unique in that they are based in the Hoodoo and IFA African spiritual traditions. Hoodoo is a tradition and culture that has provided empowerment, community, traditional values, survival tactics, and respect for life and the dead. We pride ourselves on upholding these same principles in our work.
Mission: Our mission is to provide resistance to issues such as reproductive injustices, systemic-led attempts of the erasure of the black midwife and families of color of all orientations, to provide welcoming environments for the ancestors to return, reduce the risk of material and infant mortality and morbidity, to provide peace to the spirits of those who have completed their lifetime destiny and to elevate the spirits of those who left this realm tragically too soon.
